Founded in 2004 by Anil Kumar Paul — entrepreneur and founder of Anil Group, a leading name in Bangladesh's wooden furniture industry — Atashi Fashion Ltd. began as a vision to bring world-class knitwear manufacturing to Dhamrai, Dhaka.
Today the company is led by his son, Nikhil Kumar Pal, who serves as Chairman. Over two decades, Atashi Fashion has grown into a 2,000-strong workforce operating more than 1,000 knitting machines across a 65,000 sq ft facility. Our full-package capability spans yarn procurement, design development, knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and retail-ready packaging.
As a sister concern of Anil Group, Atashi Fashion inherits a culture of precision, long-term investment, and buyer partnership. We are BGMEA registered (Reg. #4122), EPB certified, and welcome open-book audits at any time.
Today, our sweaters and pullovers ship to fashion brands in the USA, EU, UK, Japan, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America — making us one of Bangladesh's most internationally diversified knitwear exporters.
